CE Opportunity through Auburn University!

Auburn University's Harrison School of Pharmacy just began offering a new CE opportunity focusing on COVID-19 prevention and treatment(s). This CE is fully grant-funded by the Alabama Community Engagement Alliance against COVID-19 Disparities (CEAL) and is offered at no cost to participating pharmacists.

Learning Objectives:

1. Recognize the current epidemiology of COVID-19 and describe the progression of the omicron variant

2. Define long COVID and describe the symptoms and treatment/prevention options

3. Compare and contrast COVID-19 vaccines and review the current recommendations for administration

4. Evaluate the pharmacologic management options for patients requiring outpatient treatment of COVID-19
