We are delighted to inform you that we will also be distributing the Annual Preventive Services Brochure at the Auburn City Market, held at Town Creek Park on May 20, June 24, and July 22, 2023, from 8 to 11 a.m. This brochure provides detailed information on all Medicare-covered preventive services offered annually, including lung cancer screening, prostate cancer screening, and diabetes screening. The brochure explain what these services are, who is eligible, associated costs (most are free!), benefits of receiving the services, and additional resources for more information.
