Updated 2022 Immunization Schedule for: Adults, Adolescents, and Children

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) has published updated immunization schedules for adults, adolescents, and children. These recommendations come following the ACIP's November 3rd meeting and are in effect for 2022.

Some Immunization Schedule Changes:

  • Pneumococcal immunization recommendations for adults aged 65 and older

  • Hepatitis B immunization recommendations for adults aged 19 to 59

  • Zoster immunization recommendations for pregnant women

  • Influenza, dengue, and COVID-19 immunization recommendations for children and adolescents aged ≤18 years
